The
Complete Package:
includes an assortment of photographs of the wedding ceremony including full color, spot color touch ups and black
and white images. This package also includes posed portraits of the bride and groom, their families, the wedding party and
other photographs as requested by the bride and groom. The bride and groom will have a photo album with approximately 150
photos as a keepsake from their special day as well as three 8x10s of their choice. The total cost of this package is
$899.00.
The Deluxe Package:
includes an assortment of photographs of the wedding ceremony including full color, spot color touch ups and black
and white images. This package also includes posed portraits of the bride and groom, their families, the wedding party and
other photographs as requested by the bride and groom. Included in this package is the photography at the beginning of the
reception, including the cake cutting, the toasts and the garter/bouquet toss. The bride and groom will have a photo album
with approximately 200 photos as a keepsake from their special day as well as five 8x10s of their choice. The total cost
of this package is $1049.00.
The Exclusive Package:
is our most popular package. It begins with candid photos of the bride, groom and wedding party getting ready. These
candid photos capture the surprise moments of the day, which are oftentimes as special as the planned. This package also includes
an assortment of photographs of the wedding ceremony including full color, spot color touch ups and black and white images.
This package also includes posed portraits of the bride and groom, their families, the wedding party and other photographs
as requested by the bride and groom. Included in this package is the photography at the reception,
including the cake cutting, the toasts, the first dances and any other activities the bride and groom would like photographed.
The photographer will stay at the reception for the entire time. The bride and groom will have a photo album with approximately
300 photos as well as five 8x10s of their choice as a keepsake from their special day. The total cost of this
package is $1199.00.
The Diamond Package:
begins with candid photos of the bride, groom and wedding party getting ready.
These candid photos capture the surprise moments of the day, which are oftentimes as special as the planned. This package
also includes an assortment of photographs of the wedding ceremony including full color, spot color touch ups and black and
white images. This package includes posed portraits of the bride and groom, their families, the wedding party and other photographs
as requested by the bride and groom. Included in this package is the photography at the reception, including the cake cutting,
the toasts, the first dances and any other activities the bride and groom would like photographed. The photographer will stay
at the reception until activities subside. The bride and groom will have a photo album with approximately 350
photo proofs as a keepsake from their special day. From those proofs the couple will choose/design 20 pages of 8x10 photographs
to be printed and displayed in a hard cover coffee table book to be made from your choice of photographs. The wedding
couple will also receive a CD of all the images taken, to be used on email, to be sent to family, or posted on a website. The
total cost of this package is $1399
Additional Services
Hourly/Non Packaged Photography-
We encourage customers to find a package that suites their needs, these packages
are designed to give the customer the best deal. Barnes Photography does understand that some people do not always need a
whole package for their wedding, in these circumstances we can price the photography based on an hourly structure. The
wedding couple will receive any photography service during the designated time frame and will receive one web sized CD of
all the images taken. Our hourly rate is $150/hour.
Engagement Photos-
While these photos are generally used for engament annocments in the
newspapers or for display at the wedding reception, Barnes Photography insures that your engaements photos are a set of portraits
that you will treasure forever. This special set of portraits includes 20 proofs indoors, outdoors on location or a combination
of all three. When added to a package the fee for candid photos is $99.00
Bridal Photos-
These photos provide multiple benifits to the bride. These photos include an exclusive photo shoot for the bride
only. You can either choose to shoot in the studio or on location, this shoot is set up almost like a model portfolio shoot.
The bride may want to work with her hair stylist and make-up artist to ensure that everything will be correct on her special
day. This shoot also provides the bride with a chance to see how her dress will fit as she moves around a little more than
just at the dress shop. This set of portraits will include at least 20 finished proofs.
The fee to add this shoot to any package is $50.00
Candid Photos-
Candid photos are often times the portraits that capture the most memorable moments of the wedding day. Candid portraits
may include the bride puttng the finishing touches on her make up or the groom’s tux getting some last minutre touches
from his dad. When added to The Complete Package and The Deluxe Package the fee for candid photos is $90.00.
